1.     I had changed the use of fire extinguishing by water, so that the heat absorption changed from 2 up to 3 calories per water gram to 640 calories per water gram, and instead of intensifying the flames, fuels, solids and gases can be extinguished by a special water fog based on Israeli, American and English patents and methods + 4 methods of extinguishing, filtering, cooling, asphyxiating, and isolating. And this belongs to the inventors as an intellectual property. Not paying an inventor for an intellectual property is against all logic!.

2.     The patents and methods provide protection for mankind, and people who refuse to pay royalties for them have turned this habit into an acceptable behavior.

3.     I discovered that difficult problems as the aforementioned not solved by us will have no one to solve them nor will it have anyone to claim that they are solvable, until a disaster occurs. Those who violated patents for the sake of their own profit!!! have neutralized mankind's ability to save itself..

4.     The aforementioned technology was used under my guidance for extinguishing fires in the oil wells in Kuwait. Each well was extinguished in 1 minute, while the American experts and other experts needed 3 weeks for extinguishing each oil well. The companies which had signed with me just disappeared and didn't pay. During two decades they have perpetrated against me hundreds of devilish crimes, most of which were hard to solve but showed proof of biological war, attempts to eliminate me, scams, intentional damages, all this behind my back. Some of them even succeeded!! And a substantial part of it is proven by the aforementioned.

5.     No one of the companies, who violated patents, a violation adding up to 2 billion dollars worth, has paid me anything and they cannot be sued. The lawyers do not agree on the percentage, and someone like me has no chance. Huge patent violators thwart the attempts to sue their money. The courts are not efficient enough and it is practically impossible to sue these huge companies.

6.     Therefore, for about six years I and people like me, have stopped inventing things. And even if there is a solution and a chance, I quickly dismiss it. This is dangerous, because in case of a disaster, there will be no solution. For example the tsunami waves rising up to 20-30 meters hitting a coastal town and threatening to erase everything underneath it. Mankind can encounter calamities of such strength without being able to solve them. In order to demonstrate the scope of such a disaster as tsunami, it must be noted that even 1,000 trucks will not be enough to remove all the corpses of people killed by a 30 meters tsunami waves. And who is to blame – not the inventors!!.All coastal towns are advised to fight against the aforementioned catastrophe.

7.     The outcome of these calamities and holocausts are cruel, as in the past, as in Southern Asia. There was even a movie made about the outcomes of a tsunami, so people can know what is waiting for them, God willing this will not happen. The solution is that royalties will remain in the hand of the inventors and not the patent violators. And when there is no trial, cancellation of patent obsolescence should be currently requested for a number of years and the police should collect the royalties.

8.     No person is obligated to work without a reward, and I worked for 10 years thinking that companies will respect intellectual property and registered patents. But the opposite has occurred and all kinds of unproved allegations (by the entrepreneur) are made against me, trying to crush any business I have, everything that is around me, so I will not have enough money to sue them. They tried to empty my accounts and destroy any business of mine, until it came to meaningless battles against me lasting for over 10 years in the attempt to waste time and get me into debts that I cannot pay off. Those who fought against me are not the people who initiated them, and those who did initiate them have no proofs.

9.     The one to suffer is the public, who might face disasters without solutions, since only few can solve these hard problems as the aforementioned problems. And then a calamity or even a holocaust might occur wherever god chooses.

10.                        I want to send a message to the public that, due to all this, it must convince the companies who violate patents, to pay for the protection of mankind. The picture is clear: no government ministry paid without a trial and government ministries, such as the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Space, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Interior, even if fire extinguishing is fundamental to their work, did not pay any royalties.

 

11.                        The Boeing Company created and developed a 747 Supertanker airplane that extinguished the fires in Mont. Carmel using the patent and the new technologies as aforementioned. The water fog is created inside the aircraft and is discharged onto the fire by blowers. A Supertanker is equivalent to 100 old aircrafts. Fire prevention materials and paints not registered in the patent are marginal relatively to these patents.

12.                        Even if the patent and methods have expired, they provide "protection to mankind", and they were not paid for, even during the time they were valid. The need for patents that protect our world must lead to the cancellation of patent obsolescence, and encourage the police to collect the money owed to inventors, if this is the way these huge corporations (20 times larger than Israel) act towards the inventors. I have appealed to world leaders, the UN secretary, the President of the United-States, the Pope, The President of Russia, The Prime Minister of England and to many more Ministers of Justice to cancel the patent prescription, and they refused or didn't comment. Don't they know that they are playing with the lives of billions of people? Arbitration in case of sunken ships (with a maximum of 1,000 passengers on board) is due by the law. In case of the aforementioned catastrophes, billions of people well get hurt!!!  

13.                        The police know about all of this. It is written in the books. Even the courts, the Knesset, prime ministers, presidents and Congresses know about this. Only the public doesn't know that it may face grave calamites taking the lives of many victims.

14.                         The public knows how to act if something happens to him, and people should find the ways to legally convince the legal systems to pay the inventors, so otherwise they won't say that they were not informed about it.

15.                        The laws of international treaties are faulty, outdated and suitable for patent violators. The huge corporations have no interest in changing them, and since they have the money, they make the decisions. Therefore the public must know everything, before, heaven forbids! a catastrophe or a holocaust occurs. Because of what has happened, a country can find itself with a population diminished by of hundreds of thousands and even millions of citizens.

16.                        In the past those who are involved, such as countries, corporations, organizations, politicians and wealthy people could have saved people from disasters, holocausts and wars, but didn't do so. And the solution is that royalties will be paid, not by trial, to the inventor who worked hard for many years.

17.                        Everyone is requested to act as much as possible. The American patent number is 5.161.621 – inventor Shlomo Ben Shlomo identical to Israeli and English, devices and methods.

18.                        Search and find out who are the patent violators and act as follows:

·        Announce the aforementioned scheme.

 

·        Establish companies for discovering patent violators who refuse to pay and advertise their name in public.

·        Don't fly with Boeing aircrafts and don't make business with them.

·        Don't call patent violators, even for extinguishing a fire.

 

·        Act to change the patent laws in the UN.

·        Act to cancel the obsolescence of this "world protecting" patent and let the police collect the royalties,(the law of sunken ships forces the parties to conduct an arbitration and payment – so humanity is a sunken ship!!!).

·        Enable me to have a budget and pay off immediately my debts.

·        Act in order to make them pay me royalties without a trial. An inventor's solution for protecting mankind can even save the world.

·        Do not offer landing services for patent violators, especially the Boeing Company.

20. Don't say in the future – the writing was not on the wall.

21. To all inventors who read the aforementioned, I strongly recommend not to provide solutions without a proper reward and royalties. Otherwise it is suicide!!! Don't cause a situation where holocausts and disasters have no solutions, and solutions need to be paid for!

22. Countries where the patent was not registered received the knowledge, the products and the services, without a reward since this is for protecting mankind,. So also they must help in this case, they have the moral duty to do so. God does not distinguish between countries where the patent was registered. What is important is who uses this patent. It is not my fault that I didn't have money to register the patent all over the world! and apparently, people wouldn't have paid for it, as aforementioned.

23.The patent promoted ancient technologies in fire-fighter carriers, mobile and immobile extinguishing devices, extinguishing systems which used chemicals and switched to water fog and in all methods of water use for extinguishing fire, applied in aircrafts, helicopters, fuels, solids, gases and others. These methods stirred up one of the largest revolutions in our "green" world eliminating polluting components from fires and saving millions of people and equipment. This technology will be further used for future "green" problems in our world. That is why I received an approval for "21 methods" in addition to the patents, and each method dominates millions of patents in this field, in case someone tries to copy the methods and the patent.

     I have received no reward and no appreciation for my work. And even though I can say that thanks to my patent, I saved the millions of peoples and spared the public many tears and grief caused by disasters and fires, all I got in return was terror.

Thank God that few people and the system provide me with a minimal income, and this only for the few past years. Is this how the legislator and God see intellectual property? This is how it should be instead of paying me my rights as aforementioned?

24.  All the aforementioned requires a change of the old international treaties dating more than 50 years ago. Treaties not honored by countries and citizens of the world. In the case of this patent for example, if we want to prevent dangers, disasters and holocausts, we need the following things:

24.1  If royalties were not paid as aforementioned, and in particular for protecting mankind, this will commit the UN to render a decision that each UN member (country) shall pay a sum of money ranging between 150-200 million dollars to the patent inventor. Or they shall pay during 5 years the first payment, during 10 years the second payment, during 15 years the third payment and during 20 years the fourth payment..Otherwise the inventors will also be left in this jungle. But if each country collects the royalties, it will see to it that it is the patent violators who pay and not the country itself!!!

24.2  All the countries will be obligated to conduct a survey how to pass the patent violators' names and that the UN decides about the violators. What does it mean that a company like Boeing which has a turnover of 1.5-2 billion dollars cannot pay?!

24.3     Data on patent violators can cause sanctions to be imposed on these companies.

24.4     In order to dispel any doubt, there are new rules in the UN and in the world, between countries and great nation and industrial plants, so why can there be no laws for the sake of the inventors? And UN treaties suitable for 2013 and not dating from the 1920's or the 1940's?

 

 

 

24.5 Those who force people not to pay royalties are a bunch of "big wig" and criminals who transmitted knowledge and signed contracts; politicians who convince others that the royalties must stay in the country of the patent violators; corporations, friends, relatives, all with financial interests to prevent the inventor to be paid for his patent. There are other reasons that I shall not count here. But not everybody is aware to the price that will be paid because of that, and maybe they are aware and still take chances. History will show: it is the basis for future destruction! As for example, if an inventor would have the knowledge to prevent the damage caused by global warming, he will not share it, even if he had the solution. There are people like me who will not give away anymore the solutions they have, and maybe until a disaster happens, there will not be any solution.

         The UN must resolve this. It is more important than an army fighting terror, or soldiers recruited to fight in the Gulf War, because a solution neutralizes the activity of this kind of an army, and this is not understood by the world leaders. Therefore, if these are the rules of conduct, the UN must force each country to pay a minimal sum of money to an inventor who technologically promoted the world, even if the patent was not registered in that country, because it is implemented in each country. The price paid by humanity can be existential, and this is not at all worthwhile.
